Kancamagus Lodge has two on-site dining options. Brittany's Restaurant serves homemade dishes Thursday to Monday from a patio overlooking the mountains. CJ's Penalty Box sports bar offers snacks, sandwiches, and a selection of beverages.

The indoor heated pool is open daily from 9am to 10pm. Two firepits, a grill area with picnic tables, and a children's play area are available outdoors. The game room has a table tennis table, and the lodge offers DVD rentals and a book exchange.
